“Managed by CLA” means that we are taking care of the apartment and it´s guests.
“Private Host” is when the apartment is managed by it´s owner. And the guests will be in contact with the owner before and during the stay.
On each property page there is a special condition section. There you can see what applies to each apartment. Sometimes late check in after a certain times is ok for an extra charge.
Managed by CLA apartments have check in times after 2pm. For late check in after 9pm there is an extra charge of 200 sek and after 11pm 300 sek.

Managed by CLA apartments have a check out time before 11am. But depending on when next guests arrive this could be adjusted.

You can also browse thrue all listed apartments. If you don´t find what your are looking for or need any help you are more than welcome to contact us by mail or phone. We constantly have new apartments that are not yet on the website.
To book the apartment of your choice you need to go thrue the booking steps on our page and fill out the required information and choose payment. Once you have submitted the booking it will be processed manually and then accepted or declined. This may take up to 24 hours but most likely within the hour. Before the booking has been accepted you can cancel.
You will receive your booking confirmation after the booking has been accepted either by us or the private host. The booking is accepted within 24 hours but most likely within the hour. If the host doesn´t answer the booking is automatically declined and you will receive an email stating this.
If you have made a booking thrue our site and it is in process but yet not accepted you can always press cancel booking in the email sent to you. In this case you can do a new booking.
Unfortunately you can´t change to a different apartment after you made a booking. You would in this case need to cancel the first booking. Cancellation terms are here below.
Here are the cancellation terms if a booking has already been accepted:
15% of the total rent is not refundable. Any other rent payed above this is refundable if the cancellation is made more and 30 days prior to arrival.
We do recommend that you have travel insurance.
The prepayment/booking deposit you can pay with your credit/bank card thrue our secure booking system or you can choose to pay via banktransfer.
- at arrival
On arrival you pay the remaining balance in cash in local currency to the person that checks you in unless stated differently in the special condition section on each property page.
On arrival you pay the remaning balance of the rent and the required security deposit aswell as any late arrival fees that may apply. This is stated in the special condition section on each apartment page.
In most cases there is a safety deposit required. This is stated in the Special condition section on each apartment page.
When an apartment is “Managed by CLA” and you have payed by credit card we will have this as a safety and a security deposit is not necessary.

At the moment we only manage apartments in Stockholm. So if you have an apartment in Stockholm that you wish us to manage please contact us by mail or phone.
- Private host apartment
If you are a Private host and wish to list your apartment on our website please fill out the List Your Apartment page or send us an email.
If there is something not working properly in the apartment you need to let us or the Private host be aware of this immediately so that it can be fixed. We give us the right to take up to 24 hours to fix it.
